Thank you for choosing DT 3D Printing. This Shipping Policy outlines details regarding order processing, delivery methods, costs, and related terms for international shipments.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Production begins after full payment is received and design files are confirmed print-ready.
  • Standard processing time: 3–7 business days for most 3D printed parts. Complex or large-volume orders may require 10–15 business days (we will notify you of extended timelines during quotation).
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with leading international carriers to ensure reliable delivery:

  • Express Shipping: DHL, FedEx, or UPS (3–7 business days to most destinations).
  • Standard Shipping: International registered airmail (10–20 business days, varies by country).
  • Freight Shipping: For bulk or oversized orders (quotes provided upon request).

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, weather, or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected method. You can view the exact cost during checkout.
  • Free express shipping is available for orders over $500 (valid for most countries; excludes remote areas).

4. Customs & Duties

  • All international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are determined by the destination country’s regulations.
